If a country is taking advantage of America, not going to let that happen anymore. Every country takes advantage of us almost. I may be able to find a couple that don't. But for the most part, that would be a very tough job for me to do.
Jobs are pouring out of America; you see what's going on with all of the companies leaving our country, going to Mexico and other places, low pay, low wages, mass instability overseas, no matter where you look. The middle east is a disaster. North Korea - we'll take care of it folks; we're going to take care of it all. I just want to let you know, I inherited a mess.
As far as the country is concerned, we have tremendous potential, but we're not using it.
[Barack Obama] has been a very negative force. I think you see this when you see the tremendous division in the country, when you see Baltimore, when you see Ferguson and St. Louis.
One thing I had hoped Barack Obama would be is a good cheerleader for the country. He's really brought the opposite in spirit to the country.
President [Barack] Obama has been an unbelievable divider of this country, whether it's rich and poor; white and black.
If you don't have borders, we don't have a country.
Hillary Clinton is totally for open borders - there goes your country - which would mean the destruction of America.
I will build the wall and I will impose tough mandatory minimum - remember this - tough mandatory minimum prison sentences for deported illegal immigrants who try to reenter the country. They keep coming back and back and back.
I have to tell you, our infrastructure, folks, is a mess. America is like a third-world country.
We either have a country or we don't. America is a country of laws. We either have a border or we don't.
We have no country if we have no border.
Hillary Clinton is raising your taxes, folks. You can look at me. She's raising your taxes really high. And what that's going to do is a disaster for the country.
That is one of the benefits. It's called "jobs for our country" which we desperately need. As we expand our Navy toward the goal of 350 ships, we will also procure additional modern destroyers that are designed to handle the missile defense mission in the coming years.
You look at Iran, you look at North Korea, you look at terrorists, we don't even know where to look. We don't know where to look. But believe me, you can look all over, so we are going to do that. We need a form of shield. We want to protect our country.
Let's get unemployed Americans off the welfare and back to work in their own country.
Let's stop the drugs and the crime from pouring into our country.
We've got have a country.
I like Paul [Ryan]. But these are horrible times for our country. We need very strong leadership. We need very, very strong leadership. And I'm just not quite there. I'm not quite there yet.
If our country got along with Russia, that would be a great thing.
I do have my ducks in line if I want to do it, but I'd love to see the Republicans pick somebody that was going to win and take over this country and frankly, to use the expression, 'Make America great again.'
The debt limits have to come down. The whole world of debt has to be changed as far as this country is concerned. We have to create jobs and we have to create them rapidly because if we don't things are just going to head in a direction that's going to be almost impossible to recover from.
So Bush certainly wasn't the greatest, and Obama has not done the job. And he's created a lot of disincentive. He's created a lot of great dissatisfaction. Regulations and regulatory is going through the roof. It's almost impossible to get anything done in the country.
Many of our nation's reporters and folks will not tell you the truth, and will not treat the wonderful people of our country with the respect that they deserve. I hope, going forward, we can be a little bit - a little bit different, and maybe get along a little bit better, if that's possible.
There is no collusion between certainly myself and my campaign. But I can always speak for myself and the Russians. Zero. I think it divides the country. I think we have a very divided country because of that and many other things.
