My administration's policies on regulatory reform, tax reform, trade policies, will return significant manufacturing jobs to our country.
While leaving our own border wide open. Anybody can come in. But don't worry, we're getting a wall.We're getting bad people out of this country.
[Elijah Cummings] probably was told by [Chuck] Schumer or somebody like that some some other light weight, he was probably told - he was probably told, don't meet with Trump. It's bad politics. And that's part of the problem in this country.
We're very powerful nuclear country. I've been briefed, I can tell you one thing about briefing that we're allowed to say, anybody that read the most basic book can say it, nuclear holocaust would be like no other.
We had Hillary Clinton try and do a reset. We had Hillary Clinton give Russia 20% of the uranium in our country.
I fired Mike Flynn because of what he said to Mike Pence, very simple. Mike was doing his job, calling countries and his counterparts, so it certainly would have been ok with me if he did it.
President [Vladimir] Putin called me up nicely to congratulate me on the winning of the election and called me up completely nicely to congratulate me on the inauguration, which was terrific, but so did many other leaders, almost all other leaders from almost all other countries.
[Mike Flynn] didn't just call Russia, he called and spoke to, both ways, I think there were 30-some-odd countries. He was just doing his job.
We've taken decisive action to keep radical islamic terrorists out of our country, though parts of our necessary and constitutional actions were blocked by our judges, in my opinion, incorrect, and unsafe ruling.
You go to other countries and you look at industries they have, and you say, let me see your regulations, and they're a fraction, just a tiny fraction of what we have.
Bringing jobs back to Michigan and Ohio and Pennsylvania and all the places that have lost their jobs. That's already happening. I think you're gonna see tremendous job growth in this country.
We have to do something about the cartels. I did talk to [Enrique Peña Nieto] about it. I want to help him with it. I think he's a very good man. We have a very good relationship.He seemed very willing to get help from us because he has got a problem, and it's a real problem for us. Don't forget those cartels are operating in our country. And they're poisoning the youth of our country.
I'm not bullish. I think they [Iran] have total disrespect for our country and I understand that deal. I would have lived with it if they said "OK, were all together now," but it's just the opposite. It's like they're emboldened. They follow our planes, they circle our ships with their little boats and they lost respect because they can't believe anybody could be so stupid as to make a deal like that.
I can say this: They [Iran] have total disregard for our country. They are the number one terrorist state, they are sending money all over the place, and weapons, and you can't do that.
I'm going to be the president of a safe country. We have enough problems.
You can't have thousands of people being shot in a city, in a country that I happen to be president of. Maybe it's OK if somebody else is president.
[Race relations in 2015 are] almost as bad as they have ever been in the history of the country.
We have to build the wall. We have to stop drugs from pouring in. We have to stop people from just pouring into our country. We have no idea where they're from.
I know hedge-fund guys that are making hundreds of millions of dollars a year and pay no tax. And I want to lower [tax] for the middle income. The middle class in this country has been decimated.
[We] mention the South China Sea, we mention North Korea, South Korea, we mention Ukraine. We could mention five others. Yemen, and this, and that. How many places can we do this? We have a country that is a debtor nation, we have an infrastructure that is crumbling all over the place, 60% of the bridges we have in this country are in trouble.
We rebuilt China.The money they took out of the United States is the greatest theft in the history of our country. The money they've taken out, the jobs they've taken out, the base.
[People] are tired of being ripped off by every single country that does business with us. Whether it's China, Japan, Mexico, Vietnam.
It's my theme, my whole theme is, "Make America Great Again." It's a concept of greatness for this country.
Ends the policy of catch and release at the border, requires other countries to take back their criminals.
I was tired and I think a lot of people are tired of watching other countries ripping off the United States.
